Growing up in Albany, I spent countless hours at my family’s business, Sainato’s Market, a cornerstone of our community. It was there that I learned the value of hard work and witnessed the transformative power of connection.
But behind the scenes, I struggled. Obesity, anxiety, and poor health left me feeling isolated and stuck. Through unwavering support from my family and community, I rebuilt my life—overcoming obstacles, finding my purpose, and transforming my health and mindset.
That journey inspired The Outlet Albany, a wellness social club designed to connect people, spark collaboration, and foster community. I believe that true transformation happens together, not in isolation. At The Outlet, we’re building a space where growth, fun, and connection are at the heart of every experience.
